ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The contract stipulated between Effegi srl and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order, even if only partial, by Effegi srl on the website www.gingerlily.it. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below. If the customer is a private individual (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these conditions. general sales, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling. Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

PAYMENT MODE

Payment methods: You can choose the payment method you prefer between credit card, prepaid card, Paypal or cash on delivery, i.e. cash on delivery. The cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, American Express. Cash on delivery is possible only in Italy and costs € 3

SHIPMENTS

Shipping: Orders are processed every morning at 9:00 am, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Gingerlily ships throughout Italy and around the world via the GLS courier (for Italy) It is important, when ordering, to enter a correct e-mail address and telephone number. If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer by phone to schedule a second delivery step. In the event that the customer is also absent on the second delivery step, the order will be automatically returned to the sender. Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00. Delivery times: Standard: 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) Abroad: 5-7 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) Gingerlily is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure. During national holidays, shipments may take longer. In all cases Gingerlily reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Given the generally very fast times for order fulfillment, it is possible to cancel an order only in the 2 hours following the execution of the same and only if the order has not already been processed. The order can be canceled only by sending an e-mail to info@gingerlily.it, clearly indicating the number of the order to be canceled, the date of execution of the same and the personal data reported on the e-mail of confirm order. The communication of the order can also be made using the contact system available on the page of the same name which can be reached by clicking on the top bar under "contact us".

MODIFICATION OF AN ORDER

Given the generally very fast times for order fulfillment, it is possible to make changes to an order only in the 2 hours following the execution of the same (for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday 24 hours) and only if the order does not has already been evaded. The order can only be modified by sending an e-mail to info@gingerlily.it, clearly indicating the number of the order to be modified, the date of execution of the same, the personal data shown on the e-mail of confirm the order and the changes you want to make to the order. Effegi srl cannot be held responsible in any way for any damage deriving from the failure to cancel or modify the order communicated outside the times and methods described above.
