Orders are processed every morning from 9:00 to 17.00 from Monday to Friday. Orders made before 12.30 will be processed the same day. Orders made after 12.30 will be processed the next day. Orders made during the weekend will be treated starting from Monday morning later, Gingerlily.I supports all over Italy and in the world through the GLS and DHL courier. The order will be shipped in DAP form (delivered according to the post) and the payment of customs costs (duties and taxes) can be requested. The customs policy for import varies from country to country. Effegi srl does not assume the responsibility of the packages due to customs expenses not paid by the customer. Effegi Srl accepts made for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. The articles must be shipped in their original conditions within the 14 days following authorization to the return by Effegi Srl, and not before having communicated it to our Customer Service via email (info@gingerlily.it).

Shipping costs will be charged.

In the case of faulty items, Effegi Srl will be happy to cover shipping costs (in this case it will be necessary to demonstrate the defect through a photo).

For orders carried out outside the European Union, for reasons of hygiene, unfortunately it is not possible to change or request the return of the articles, pursuant to art. 59 of d. LGS. 206 of 6 September 2005 and SS. mm. and II. (CD. Consumer Code).

Free products are not made of return and cannot be refunded.

What to do and what to do to make an article:

1. Tell us your intention to make an article by the fourteenth working day from the delivery of the goods.

2. Wait for our customer service processing the request and send the return authorization form that must be inserted within the envelope containing the return

3. Send the product in its original condition (possibly in its original box) .Effegi srl does not accept rendering regarding the same order but sent separately into two different shipments.

4. Return the item along with your original card. The items made without the appropriate card will not be accepted.

5. Effegi srl undertakes to reimburse the entire amount, excluding shipping costs charged to the customer, on the same means used for payment

6. In the event that the above conditions reported above will not be followed, or the rendered article is used or damaged, Effegi Srl will not proceed with the refund. In this case you can decide to get back the article previously purchased at your expense.

After this last shipment it will no longer be possible to perform return operations.

Reimbursement times The refund will be issued within 10 days of delivery.

The time required for refund varies depending on the payment method you prefer to use:

- Credit card: the timing depend on the credit institution that issued your card. However, the date of the re-credit value will be the same as that of the value of the adhere. As soon as the refund will be issued, we will send you a communication via email.

- PayPal: Refund will take place directly against your PayPal account upon email communication. You will also receive a final communication from our customer service.
